- Wrestling – Dutch Schultz
- Boys Basketball – Jonathan Harewood
- Girls Basketball – Maia Moffitt – Maia was named to Newsday’s First team all long island. And was the NSCHSGAA player of the year.
- Boys Track – Heron Maurisseau-O’Neal – Heron was named first team all long island by USA Track and Field and is the new St. Anthony’s record holder in the 55 meter dash.
- Girls Track – Alyssa Yeboah-Kodie – Alyssa was named first team all long island in the 55 meter hurdles by USA Track and Field.
- Boys Swimming and diving – Andrew Stange. Andrew is a Newsday first team selection as well as an All American in the 200 free and was part of an All American relay. Andrew was also the first member of the catholic league to receive the New York State Student Athlete Award.
